Market structure is the map: where price has been accepted, where it was rejected, and which levels the next move is likely to react to. Levels are the specific prices that map produces, including prior highs and lows, value areas, gaps, overnight ranges, and the moving averages large participants actually watch.

This is the second phase of the MTC Alignment framework. Bias tells you which direction has the edge. Structure tells you where to act on it. Without levels, a directional view is just an opinion with no entry, no invalidation and no target.
