(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using any Meta Trading Club Inc. platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using all Meta Trading Club Inc. platforms immediately.
You affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not prohibited from accessing our services.
The Company may modify this Agreement at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

our program portal,
our Discord community,
our courses,
our mentorship programs,
our videos,
our podcasts,
our trading breakdowns,
our charts, screenshots, diagrams, demonstrations,
our market commentary,
our simulations or hypothetical examples,
our newsletters,
our gameplans or market recaps,
our coaching calls or live sessions,
our presentations,
our images, infographics, or screenshots
should ever be interpreted as:
financial advice,
investment advice,
trading recommendations,
legal, tax, or accounting advice,
personalized or tailored guidance,
an endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Meta Trading Club Inc., its officers, directors, employees, moderators, mentors, staff, coaches, contractors, agents, and affiliates are not licensed investment advisers, portfolio managers, broker-dealers, commodity trading advisors, or financial professionals of any kind. We do not provide personalized trading or investment recommendations under any circumstances.
All decisions you make about trading or investing are your own and done at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that any demonstrations provided across Meta Trading Club platforms may be simulated, hypothetical, or based on paper trading, and are presented for educational and entertainment purposes only.
This includes but is not limited to:
trade examples or breakdowns
chart explanations
backtests
strategy explanations
illustrations of concepts
walk-throughs of potential trade ideas
Discord discussions
market reviews
replay breakdowns
entries/exits shown in videos
analysis shown in screenshots
images or diagrams posted online
any demonstration of “what could have been done”
Such examples may not represent real trades made by the Company or any instructor, mentor, or officer.
Simulated results have limitations: they do not reflect real execution, liquidity constraints, slippage, commissions, spread, emotional pressures, brokerage differences, or real-world trading conditions.
You acknowledge that simulated, hypothetical, or paper trading results do not guarantee real-world performance.
Meta Trading Club Inc. does not guarantee:
profits
income
financial success
consistency
specific outcomes
skill mastery
the ability to trade live
the ability to become profitable
All outcomes vary and depend entirely on your personal work ethic, discipline, decision-making, emotional management, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
Past performance—whether demonstrated by instructors, mentors, officers, moderators, or members—does not guarantee future results.
Meta Trading Club Inc. does not assess whether any trading style, method, asset, strategy, or action is suitable for you.
We have no fiduciary responsibility to you, and no employer-employee, advisor-client, or investment-manager relationship is created by your use of our services.
You are solely responsible for consulting your own licensed financial advisor.
By purchasing any Meta Trading Club product or service, you authorize all associated charges. Fees may renew automatically until canceled.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider under any circumstances.
Doing so constitutes breach of contract.
Meta Trading Club Inc. reserves the right to:
terminate access immediately
send unpaid balances to collections
recover fees and legal costs
All billing concerns must be directed to meta@metatradingclub.com.
All Meta Trading Club Inc. content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not:
copy, share, distribute, or resell content
give your login to others
share program videos, PDFs, or community materials
publicly post or repurpose private content
create derivative works
Violations may result in termination and legal action.
You may not:
provide financial advice in the community
make claims about performance or profits
solicit members for services or business
harass, threaten, or disrespect others
misuse, scrape, or damage the platform
We reserve the right to remove users at our sole discretion.
All MTC events, mentorship sessions, coaching calls, webinars, and community interactions may be recorded.
By participating, you consent to:
being recorded,
having your voice, likeness, and comments captured,
our use of such recordings for training or marketing.
By using any Meta Trading Club service, you expressly agree to fully release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meta Trading Club Inc., its officers, directors, employees, mentors, moderators, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability related to your trading decisions, losses, or use of our content in any manner.
You assume full responsibility for your actions.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
You waive the right to:
participate in class actions
sue in court
pursue group litigation
Claims may only be brought individually.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Meta Trading Club Inc. regarding the use of our services.
