Salesforce (CRM) delivered strong Q3 results with revenue of $10.3 billion, up 9% year-over-year, and subscription and support revenue of $9.7 billion, up 10%

Also, profitability improved with a GAAP operating margin of 21.3% and a non-GAAP margin of 35.5%. Operating cash flow grew 17% to $2.3 billion, and free cash flow rose 22% to $2.2 billion.

Guidance:

Salesforce expects Q4 FY26 revenue with growth of 11% to 12%. Diluted net income per share is projected at $1.47 to $1.49 (GAAP) and $3.02 to $3.04 (non-GAAP). Also, the company anticipates strong performance growth, supported by contributions from Informatica.

For the full fiscal year 2026, Salesforce forecasts revenue between $41.45 and $41.55 billion, growing 9% to 10%. In addition, subscription and support revenue is expected to grow slightly above 10%.

Board Statements

Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, announced that it is raising its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance of $41.45 billion to $41.55 billion. Benioff highlighted the company’s strong third-quarter performance, noting that cRPO rose 11% year-over-year to $29.4 billion, signaling a robust pipeline of future revenue.

Also, he emphasized that Agentforce and Data 360 are driving momentum, with nearly $1.4 billion in ARR, representing a 114% year-over-year increase. Salesforce now counts more than 9,500 paid Agentforce deals and has processed 3.2 trillion tokens, underscoring its leadership in building the Agentic Enterprise and delivering tangible outcomes.

President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer Robin Washington added that Salesforce’s third-quarter momentum and continued Agentforce adoption reinforce the company’s trajectory toward achieving its $60 billion-plus organic revenue target. She also reaffirmed Salesforce’s commitment to its Profitable Growth Framework, aiming for a target of 50 by fiscal year 2030.

The company reported revenue of $10.3 billion, which came broadly in line with expectations, while earnings per share exceeded forecasts.
Investors were encouraged by strong growth in subscription and support revenue, improved margins, and robust cash flow generation. Salesforce also raised its full-year FY26 revenue guidance to $41.45–$41.55 billion and lifted its cash flow outlook, signaling confidence in future performance.
